Bruce McMaster- President and CEO
With over 30 years of experience in the printed circuit board industry, Bruce is a hands-on business manager. He began his career in the late 1970’s, working his way through the ranks at various printed circuit board operations in California, ultimately joining Details, Inc. in 1985 as operations manager. Bruce took the helm as President of Details in 1991. After a period of sustained growth, Details acquired Dynamic Circuits, Inc. through a merger completed in 1998 and began doing business as Dynamic Details, Inc. or DDi, which went public in 2000, and ultimately reached $500 million in annual sales. Bruce continued his leadership role as CEO and Director of DDi through 2005.

John Peters- Vice President of Sales and Marketing
John has over 30 years of experience in the electronics industry. His first 10 years were spent in materials and procurement, where he became Director of Materials for a Fortune 500 company. He began his printed circuit board career as a co-founder and owner of Trend Circuits, Inc. in Fremont, California, where his primary focus was on sales and marketing, but John was involved in all aspects of the business. John then moved to Dynamic Circuits, Inc., “DCI,” as Vice President of Sales &Marketing, where DCI became known as the fastest growing printed circuit board company. In 1998, with the merger between DCI and Details, John became the Vice President of Sales & Marketing for DDI, and continued to grow annual sales world wide to $500m.

Joe Gisch- Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Joe has over 29 years of business experience, 18 years of which was with a multi-national CPA firm, including 10 years as a Partner. Joe also has over 11 years of printed circuit board experience serving as CFO of Details, Inc. and DDI Corp. from 1995 through 2004, where his responsibilities included accounting, finance, human resources and administration. Joe holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Iowa.

Steve Eldefonso-Director of Quality
Steve also brings over 30 years of experience to Cartel. He began his career in printed circuit board manufacturing in January 1978 as a material shearing operator and worked his way up through the ranks from manufacturing technician to supervisory positions and in 1994 became General Manager at Sigma Circuits Santa Clara, CA. Steve was Director of Operations at Harbor Electronics between 1999 and 2004. Steve later joined Dynamic Details, Inc. as Vice President of Operations. Recently he also served as VP of Operations at World Energy Labs, which is an engineering think tank developing new technology for energy efficient electronic components. In this position Steve had the opportunity to reverse roles, designing, buying, PCBs and then assembling and testing complete units for end use. This aspect of Steve’s background has given him valuable insight as to the processes and challenges that our own customers deal with every day and is a valuable commodity to Cartel in terms of customer service.
Steve is an advocate of having a strong quality system in place. He has been instrumental in incorporating ISO-9001 and AS9100 systems as an operations manager. Most recently at Cartel as its Director of Quality, Steve successfully directed the AS9100 project development, training and certification in less than a year.

Paul Walker- Director of Technology
As Director of Technology, Mr. Walker brings almost 30 years of experience to Cartel where his duties include product engineering, process control, continued advancement of manufacturing capabilities, and technical support for sales and manufacturing. Mr. Walker joined Cartel in November 2007. His previous experience includes Director of Process Engineering for Dynamic Details, Inc., Process Engineering Manager at Details, Inc. and Operations Manager with Crown Circuits.

Mike Bailey- Director of Front End Engineering
Mike brings nearly 36 years of PCB engineering experience to Cartel, including time at Bell Industries, Diceon and TTM Technologies focused on both manufacturing process development and engineering technology. Today Mike uses his vast experience to bring diligence and excellence to our front-end engineering process. Mike has a Bachelor of Arts, Graphic Design Degree from California State College at Fullerton.

Oscar Ramirez-Production Manager
Oscar has over 21 years of PCB experience and has been involved in production at Cartel for the past 16 years. Prior to that, he spent approximately 5 years at Aero-Scientific in the same capacity.
