Instructions for uploading files:

1. Browse to the file you wish to upload from your local computer by clicking on the 'Browse...' button below.
2. Click the 'Upload File' button.
3. After uploading, the system will display an appropiate message. If an error occurs, possible remedies will be displayed as well as an option to email the file to us.
4. An email will automatically be sent to us when a successful upload has been completed.
5. At this point your upload is complete, no other action by you is necessary.
